Biscuits and Gravy

On Friday I picked up some chicken maple sausages. This something I don't much do, as breakfast sausages rely so much on pepper for flavour, and I don't care for pepper. This morning I woke up with the sausages in mind, and had an idea -- biscuits and white gravy. An hour later I was eating sausage, biscuits and gravy, something I don't think I've done since Jax. And it was excellent. A good way to start a Sunday.

Now I'm going back to read the NYTimes :)
