During last weeks massive snow I made snow ice cream, and Rachel apparently had the first snow ice cream of her life. She led a deprived childhood :)

The basic recipe is snow, powdered sugar, and vanilla to taste. (fake vanilla extract tastes better than real vanilla extract -- the real extract is required by law to have more alcohol and less vanillin than is desirable) . Add enough milk/cream to get the desired texture. Do it all fast as the snow melts and messes with the texture. Freezes Ok, but it is better eaten fresh.
