Moving Time
Sun Oct 10 2004 21:13 MDT #I spent most of today packing and cleaning. I'm preparing to leave Seattle and call the New Mexico casita my full-time home.
Today I pretty much cleaned out my closet, and my bathroom. As for furniture I'm down to 1 table + 1 chair -- my stereo is now resting on top of boxes.
I've got shipping prepared 2 boxes to send to rachel, 1 almost ready to send to Brooke for her B-Day (the 16th). Of course the Post Office is closed tomorrow.
I also wandered to Office Depot and Home Depot, picking up various moving supplies. Unfortunately today was a Seahawks game, and I'd forgotten how painful it is walking against the flow on game day. My nice little walk through SODO was not so nice :(
Beyond the actual doing of things, I also planned things. When what needs to be packed. When which company needs to be notified that I will no longer be their customer. On the whole I'm feeling really together. Lets hope I can keep this up.
